The main structure and principle of the testing machine:
1, the testing machine is mainly composed of workbench, prevent secondary impact mechanism, supporting pipe, conduit, hammer body, V-body and automatic drop hammer mechanism, reducer, electric control box and machine base.
2, the working principle of the testing machine:
Intraductal in testing machine to install a movable fixture, jig into the electromagnet, electromagnet fixed in the chain end, through the motor and reducer, driven fixture hammer for ascension, hammer body automatically rise to the required height, press drop switch, electromagnet action, opening and closing fixture to open, make the hammer body in intraductal free fall, impact on the specimen, the purpose of the test. The impact energy can be calculated according to the hammer mass and impact height. When the hammer impact the sample, the sample is not broken so that the hammer rebound, the photoelectric signal control hammer mechanism will quickly clamp (connect) the rebound hammer, to prevent the purpose of secondary impact. V type iron sample is installed under the table, two screws are installed on both sides, through the rotation of the handwheel to drive the screw rotation V type iron lift, to determine the size of the sample diameter.
