Automatic Precision Spring Tensile and Compression Testing Machine with Loading 5N to 100N
Brief Introduction:
Spring Testing Machines is widely used for quick and accurate testing of compression & tension test of springs. The machine uses a high precision Load Cell for measurement of force iqualitrol.
For displacement measurement Mechanical Linear Scale or Digital Vernier Caliper or Rotary Encoder is used. Measuring System is based on latest microcontroller / microprocessor based electronic panels with all facilities.
iST-5 spring testing machine iqualitrol according to the national standard JB/T7796-2017 "tension and compression spring testing machine technical conditions" of the technical requirements.
Iqualitrol iST-5 mainly for a variety of helical spring for tensile and compression test. Under the specified length measurement, the test force of spring, or at a specified force of spring deformation test. Widely used in spring manufacturing company and use the unit.
