Brief Introduction:
Cyclic corrosion testing simulates the closet actual natural environment,such as salt spray drying,humidity and temperature alternating. The testing is strict than natural environment and can be programmed or tested individually.
There is national testing standard for salt spray test,with acetic add salt spray corrosion test, Copper-accelerated acetic acid-salt spray test,and Cyclic corrosion test.QST-1000-CCT apply glass fiber reinforced plastic and touch screen auto running,it can run all the environment test in one chamber,conform relevant international standards.
Programmable Salt Spray Test chamber has a standardized test method to check corrosion resistence of coated samples. Salt spray test is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to the coated samplesIn order to predict its suitability in use as a protective finish.It is widely used to test corrosion resistance of automotive,paint,surface coating,chemical,aerospace, electronic,car industry,offshore and defense industries.
Key Features:
1.Comprehensive anti-corrosion structure, high performance reinforced layers of glass fiber polyester resin enclosure, various auxiliary parts facilities for heat resistance corrosion resistant materials, same in strengthening steel skeleton of chemicals and good tolerance to high temperature corrosion, are tested in the chemical corrosion reactions will not occur.
2.Using LCD touch screen programmable controller ,can display test data completely and translate in English or Chinese.
3.Spray,drying,humidity and low temperature cycle can be controlled completely.
4.Precision glass nozzle makes sure fog diffuses well-distributed and accurate collection rate in the chamber.
5.The mobile external salt solution tank, the flowmeter accurately monitors the solution flow.
6.After the test, the samples in the test chamber can be observed clearly with the automatic defogging device. .
7.Air conditioning and pressure gage can monitor air pressure for accurate spraying distribution.
8.The salt spray tester has multiple system protection ,safe and reliable ,all electrical appliances are equipped with circuit breakers,all industrial heaters have electronic and mechanical overheating protection devices.
9.Chamber cover is turned on to support the pneumatic spring and can be turned on and off, with adjustable foot wheel and base for easy movement.
