Brief Introduction:
This machine is mainly used to test the adaptability and characteristics of electronic parts, automobile parts, notebook computers, electricians, electronic products, components and aviation materials under the combination of climate, environment, temperature and humidity.
Key Features:
1. Chamber appearance:the box body is processed and shaped by numerical control machine, with beautiful and generous shape,no reaction door handle, simple operation, safe and reliable.
2. System capacity:50 groups of programs, each group has 50 sections,can be set all cycles, partial cycles, continuous programs, program termination, standby operation , and start up time.
3. Control system:high precision Microcomputer temperature and humidity control,simple screen operation and edit program,no need key input.Chinese and English operating interface of controller,real-time operation curve can be displayed on the screen.
4. Date setting:after input the data and test conditions,the controller has the function of screen locking to avoid stopping by human touch.
Communication interface:RS-232 and RS-485 interface device,on-line control and management of computer,monitor the test process and execute the automatic switch.
Automatic correction: with the function of automatic calculation, the temperature and humidity change conditions can be corrected immediately to make the temperature and humidity control more accurate.
Test window:large observation window with lamp and double layer glass to observe the test condition clearly.
Alarm system:Independent temperature-limiting alarm system,automatically switch when the temperature exceeds the limit to protect the safe operation test.
