Inner box: two-layer shelf

Features:

1. Mechanical sheet metal structure: SUS#304 stainless steel is used for the inner box; SECC steel plate is used for the outer box, and the fine powder is painted;

2. Insulation material: high-density imported rock wool, small thermal conductivity, strong resistance to heat radiation, can effectively prevent the penetration of heat. Silicone packing, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, good airtightness, environmental protection No pollution;

4. Air supply circulation system: high temperature resistant long axis motor with powerful multi-wing type wind wheel, forced horizontal air supply circulation: wind source is operated by circulating motor

The moving wind wheel passes through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent from the air duct to the inside of the oven, and the hot air is sucked into the air duct to be used as a source to be recirculated and heated, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring temperature uniformity in the box. When the closing action causes disturbance, the air circulation system can quickly return to the operating state temperature value, thereby making the temperature more uniform;

5. Temperature control system: PID microcomputer automatically calculates PV/SV simultaneous display, can freely set the required temperature according to the individual's wishes within the allowable range of machine temperature, and can ensure the accuracy of its temperature control through the PID parameter setting in the table. It is also possible to derive the appropriate temperature control parameters from the system itself.

6. Timer: use 9999 digital setting, digital display type, and when there is a thermometer, the time to power failure alarm, the temperature sensor uses CA. (K) TYPE;

The temperature control mode is P.I.D+S.S.R thyristor.

7. The heater is a honeycomb stainless steel heating tube with stable temperature rise, fast heating, no pollution and long service life.
