condensed moisture to simulate rainwater and dew. The material to be tested is placed in a cyclical program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature, and is used for several days or weeks. It can reproduce the hazards of outdoor months and even years. Manual accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, retrofit existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formulation affect product durability.
