This machine is pneumatic warping machine for all kinds of yarn, such as cotton,
terylene ( polyester ), PP (polypropylene fiber), nylon( chinlon ), fiber, hair, flax,
chemical fiber etc yarn line. Adopt advanced frequency conversion speed adjust,
by air pressure adjust the grind between idler wheel and bobbin to realize driving,
the grind force can be adjusted by requirement, let the yarns tension of onto bobbin
keep same; adopt counter to adjust yarn length conveniently and save yarn materials;
this machine adopt 4 pieces of “W”shape yarn pass button, it is easy to adjust
density and left or right position according request; with the automatic stop device
when yarn broken cut;
Apply to bobbin usually is 14inch,16inch, also custom made according of user’s request;
Usual specifications are 160P,192P, also custom made by customer’s request;
Voltage: 380V.
