1.    Production decription

1 Certificate: ISO 9001,ISO14001,OHSAS45001,SGS

2. Material :                               Steel grades used for electric power tower:

                                                Chinese Standard Q420,which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 65
                                                Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
                                                Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36

Bolts:                                        Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394

3. Hot dip galvanization:              GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123

The welding :                             AWS D1.1 or CWB standard

4. OEM is welcome.

6. The voltage grade is 10-500kV.

7. The monthly production capacity is 3000 Metric tons.

From product raw materials procurement to the final products packages and transport, Qingdao Liangta Steel

Structure Co.,Ltd.control the quality by a sound tower processing and quality management system to ensure that

the incoming qualified 100%,products quality 100%.

Raw material incoming inspection

Liangta inspect all the angle steel materials before incoming, First, we ask the supplier to supply products certificate and quality assurance.

Then we make strict measurement on contour dimension inspection, chemical element analysis and mechanical property test .

We have a special physical and chemical room, equipped with WHV-201 Computers Digital Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer, Visible spectrophotometer, universal material testing machine and so on. we can do C, S, Si, Mn, P chemical element analysis and tensile testing according to the YB/4163—2007.We refuse to receive the materials below standards.

We usually has two ways of trial assembly for angle steel towers : trial assembly before galvanzation

and after galvanization.
