Some machining centers have longer processing cycles, and managing one workstation with a robot is costly and resource wasteful. Using a seventh axis and truss manipulator can not only reduce investment, but also make robot operations more flexible. Installation or commissioning procedure
1.Brief introduction
1.1 Function and application instruction of track equipment
(1)Equipment Function
The equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO international standards or GB/T national standards. It is a complete set of equipment to march the robot , which carries the corresponding robot configuration, so that it can move
accurately and reliably on the horizontal line, and extend the robot area. The main configuration includes guide bracket, guide and slider, rack and pinion, precision reducer, automatic lubrication system, tow chain, limit and origin signal system.
(2)Application Fields
Maximum temperature in the plant: 50°C.
Minimum temperature in the plant: 5°C.
Humidity in the workshop: 55-90%, no frost.
Plant structure: reinforced concrete structure floor.
Plant floor bearing capacity: 2 tons/square meter Concrete thickness: greater than 250mm
2.Installation Instructions of track equipment
2.1 Installation procedure
2.1.1 The main frame of the ground rail is placed in the specified position, and the supporting feet are adjusted to adjust the level and straightness of the frame;
2.1.2 Install guide rails and rack ( preinstalled in the factory, due to shipment needs to disassemble, pack and transport guide racks and rack body before leaving the factory), tighten screws, and make repeated meter correction;
2.1.3 Install expansion screws to fix the ground rail position;
2.1.4 Carry out meter reading to confirm straightness and parallelism of guide rack, and repeatedly confirm and check the indexes and parameters to be tested;
2.1.5 Check the ground rail configuration: drive motor, reducer, oil supply system, drag chain, reducer, sensor, anti-collision block, etc.
2.1.6 Install the robot slide, independently drive the ground rail, carry out no-load test run, check and test relevant parameters, such as repeated positioning accuracy, etc.
2.1.7 Gear installation and detection: The meshing gap between the rack and pinion is within 15-25 wires. The detection method is to crush the tungsten wire between the
rack and the gear and check the trace of the tungsten wire.
2.1.8 Install the robot to the position of the sliding platform, carry out load test run, check and test relevant parameters again, such as repeated positioning accuracy, etc.
2.1.9 The ground rail control system shall be debugged jointly with the robot system and the overall control system of the production line, and the deficiencies shall be
optimized and improved in coordination with the overall control system of the production line to achieve customer requirements.
2.2 Installation Notes.
Equipment installation plane may tilt, soft, or irregular, please in equipment
installation location around keep appropriate space, so that after the repair, check the homework, in order to ensure the stability of the equipment and service life, please do not install the equipment in the heat and sunlight, set installation, please make sure the smooth level, otherwise the work will produce vibration and damage equipment.
2.3 Guide rail parallelism and straightness measurement (measuring tool:leveling Instrument)
2.3.1 Erection of tripod
A matching E-type aluminum tripod or wide-frame tripod or ball-head aluminum tripod should be used
2.3.1.1 Extend the three legs of the tripod to an appropriate length, and tighten the fixing nut in the middle of the leg.
2.3.1.2 Tighten the hexagon nut on the head of the tripod so that the tripod leg is not too loose. Place the tripod on a given point and spread the tripod so that the distance between the legs is about one meter or the angle of the tripod can ensure the stability of it. Fix one foot first and then move the other two feet to make the level roughly
level. If necessary, the length of the tripod leg can be re-extended.
2.3.1.3 Step the tripod leg into the ground to fix it on the ground. Attach the instrument to the head of the tripod
2.3.2. Carefully remove the instrument from the instrument case and place it on the head of the tripod
2.3.2.1 Align the tripod center screw to the center on the instrument base, and tighten the center screw on the tripod until the instrument is secured to the three heads.
2.3.2.2 If it is necessary to use a flat plate to determine an Angle or set a line, the instrument shall be accurately centered with a drop ball.
2.3.2.3 Three foot helices are used to center the bubble of the circular leveller, that is, to level the instrument. If a ball-head tripod is used, the central screw of the tripod
should be gently released first, and then the instrument should be rotated around the top of the tripod head to center the bubble of the circular leveller. When the bubble is
in the ring, the fixed nut of the tripod can be tightened.
2.3.3 Positioning the Instrument at a given point (centering) When the instrument is used for Angle measurement or line determination, the instrument must be accurately positioned at a given point with a drop ball.
2.3.3.1 Hang the hanging ball hook on the hanging ball frame of the central spiral of the tripod.
2.3.3.2 Then hang the vertical ball line on the vertical ball and adjust the length of the line with a sliding device to make the vertical ball at a suitable height.
2.3.3.3 If the instrument is not aligned with a given point, the instrument can be
moved to that point without changing the relationship between the tripod legs and the head. First of all, the tripod is roughly placed on a given point, so that the drop ball
deviates from the point within LCM, and the two legs of the tripod are held and
adjusted relative to the third leg, so that the head of the tripod is horizontal and high,
and the legs are properly opened to touch the ground.
2.3.3.4 Finally, step each leg into the ground while observing the drop ball and rack head.
2.3.3.5 Slightly loosen the central screw of the tripod, gently move the instrument on the head of the tripod so that the drop ball is exactly aligned with the given point, and
then tighten the central screw of the tripod. The leveling instrument rotates the two
foot helices farthest from the circular leveller so that the circular leveller bubble lies on a perpendicular line to the center of the two foot helices. Then rotate the third foot spiral so that the bubble is centered. If the bubble is still not strictly centered, repeat the above operation from the beginning.
Note: Do not touch the telescope during leveling.
2.3.4. Eyepiece adjustment The eyepiece of the telescope must be adjusted according to the operator's vision prior to the measurement operation
2.3.4.1 When the eyepiece adjusting ring is rotated counterclockwise, the cross wire may become blurred.
2.3.4.2 Slowly rotate the eyepiece ring clockwise until the cross wire is clearly visible. Alignment and focus.
2.3.4.3 Align the telescope with the ruler, observe the coarse scope on the handle, and make the vertex of the triangle mark align with the ruler (as shown in the picture)
2.3.4.4 Rotate the focusing screw in any direction until the ruler is clearly seen.
2.3.4.5 Accurate alignment of ruler with horizontal fretting helix, see "Focusing and Alignment of Ruler" for details
Note: Once the level has been focused and aimed at the ruler, you can move your eyes
left and right while observing through the telescope. In principle, there will be no deviation between the cross wire and the ruler at this time. If there is deviation
(disparity), you should carefully focus the instrument or adjust the eyepiece to eliminate the focusing error.

3.Operation Instructions of track equipment
3.1 Checking the Device before use
Before entering the post, must be fully dressed according to the existing labor
insurance standards. Before operation, carefully check whether the mechanical
connection part of the equipment and the pipeline connection is reliable, whether the running part of the electrical equipment is safe and reliable, whether the lubrication part of the oil is sufficient, whether the transmission pipeline is intact, after the
inspection can be turned on, keep the equipment clean and sanitary at any time, strictly prohibit water, solution, debris, etc.
3.2 Precautions for Operation
The operator must carefully check the shift record form before starting the machine to understand the processing situation of the working time. The normal production
process can not leave the equipment to prevent the equipment from having an
emergency. In the process of processing, if the processing needs to be suspended to leave the post, the procedure must be completed before it can be suspended.
Or suspend reset to obtain program processing, for the first time you have to check all products state, strictly according to the first order section, low range, according to dun ring after startup, check the coordinate values more mobile and actual safe distance,
and correct rear can continue processing, equipment failure or accident should retain
the first scene, to facilitate workshops and dynamics, the relevant personnel to analysis the reason, Before leaving work, the handover record form must be filled in carefully. Any coordinate adjustment, tool handle replacement, tooling adjustment, equipment
failure, accident and debugging on duty must be recorded in the handover record.
4. Care and Maintenance
4.1 Description of Device maintenance Items
4.1.1 Daily/shift inspection contents
A. Check that the screws in each part are not loose;
B. Check and confirm whether there is any obstruction in the transmission part and the movement slide table;
C. Check and confirm whether the limit switch and other protective measures are in good touch, safe and reliable;
D. Check and confirm whether the lubrication of the rack and pinion of each rotating part and the linear guide is good;
E. Use the push button for exploratory test, and production can be carried out only after successful test
4.1.2 Precautions for Using the Device
A. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the electrical parts with wet wiper cloth or wash the outside of the equipment with water to avoid electric shock;
B. During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden for personnel to leave their posts, and it is forbidden to support the side plate and protective plate with sticks;
C. Stop the track immediately when abnormal phenomenon is found, put down the
protective plate or turn off the power before using special tools (tweezers, hooks, etc.) to clean up, do not clean directly by hand;
D. Do not remove or change the protective device without permission.
4.2 Maintenance standards of the equipment
4.2.1 Primary maintenance: a primary maintenance will be carried out after 500 hours of operation.
The following
4.2.1.1. Disassembly, cleaning and repair of parts according to equipment conditions. 4.2.1.2. Adjust the fit gap of each department properly.
4.2.1.3. Cleaning felt, oil line, oil filter; Clean up the oil road, pipeline, add enough lubricating oil and grease, make up all kinds of deficiencies.
4.2.1.4. For all two control mechanisms of the equipment, all kinds of iron and limit switches are adjusted to be sensitive and reliable, and all kinds of dustproof, anti-chip and device cleaning and repair to be complete and easy to use.
4.2.2 Secondary maintenance: a secondary maintenance will be carried out every 2500
hours of operation of the equipment The contents are as follows:
4.2.2.1 In addition to the above level 1 maintenance, part or all parts shall be removed, inspected and maintained according to the equipment condition.
4.2.2.2. The damaged accuracy should be repaired according to the intact standard or the requirements of the production process.
4.2.2.3. According to the actual situation, replace or repair worn parts, and put forward spare parts for the next secondary maintenance or overhaul, and map the drawings of easy to change parts.
4.2.2.4. Clean the tank thoroughly, change the oil, change the water.
4.2.2.5. The electrical box, switchboard level operation control parts and other
comprehensive overhaul, cleaning and reorganization, to achieve neat, sensitive, safe and reliable
