1. Description
LFPE3288 based on PPDl/PTMEG prepolymer with very low free TDI content, allows to obtain a none toxic polyurethane system and to reduce hazards during processing.
2. Application
For high-end polyurethane elastomer products.
3. Advantages
LF PPDI prepolymers with < 0.1% free isocyanate.
Withstand extreme conditions.
Good storage stability and processing stability.
Lower endogenous heat.
Excellent fatigue resistance.
High temperature resistance.
Chemical resistance.
Superior dynamic mechanical properties.
Outperform HNBR at temperature as high as 150℃.
4. Shelf life
Store away from moisture, at a temperature between10~30°C in unopened original package, its shelf life over six months.
