Description
TBM cutter rings are key section of TBM disc cutters. TBM cutter rings should have perfect balance between hardness and toughness. We manufacture heavy-duty cutter rings .
Heavy-duty cutter rings are forged alloy tool steel with specially heat-treated to HRC54-58 with ideal balance between hardness and toughness, suit soil to hard rock. TCI cutter rings are inserted with tungsten carbide tips and coated wear resistance material, so they have high wear resistance and suit very abrasive ground.
