Description
Alloyed steel forged disc cutters are machined in-house by using solid model program and approved ensure quality. The tests are performed after the assembly of disc cutters and final torque and pressure tests are reported for acceptance. Disc cutters are used in either mixed ground or hard ground mechnized boring.
Where the cutter has to perform tremendous stress from machines under the trust,
underground enviroment, and variable ground conditions. This is an unpredictable wear and tear which increases the cost of the tunnel. We minimize that problem by achieving better bearing design, sealing and proper cutter ring fabrication techniques.
