Features:
1. Automatic length setting: Two-step length counter provides precise rewinding length control. Once the length is reached, the shaft is changed immediately and automatically, ensuring easy operation and efficient performance.
2. Programmable controller: The high-performance programmable controller provides convenient control of the entire rewinding operation. LED display for accurate display of length and tension.
3. The paper tube is fixed on the air shaft. Through convenient and fast loading and unloading, the efficiency is greatly improved.
4. Automatic smoothing device: This wiping device completely eliminates the problem of wrinkling and air bubbles after product rewinding. This device further ensures the flatness of the product.
5. Hydraulic feeding device (optional): This equipment provides convenience, easy operation and feeding, and improves efficiency.
6. The pressure roller is controlled by the cylinder, and the pressure is adjustable.
