- Our Pipe Welding Rollers have following different types: bolt adjustment conventional welding rotators, lead screw conventional tank turning rolls, hydraulic fit up welding rotators, spool rotators, and self aligning welding rollers. these all types rotator can make motorized. we also can equip travalling tracks. -- Welding Rotator is be researched, designed and manufactured absorbing domestic and international advanced equipment. -- Mainly used for big pipe, containers, boilers, pressure vessels, oil tank, wind tower and other cylinders assembly welding, blasting and painting. -- The machine can assort all kinds of auto welding or manual welding, improving welding quality, reducing the labor and improving productivity. -- Our welding rollers pack One drive piece roller & one idler piece roller together as one set for sale. -- Remote hand control, Radio hand control & Foot pedal control are all avaialble.
-- Small Column and Booms are ideal for mounting of a Submerged Arc Welding head or MIG welding head when welding pipework. Larger units enable the welding head to be in an ideal position when welding vessels and boilers. Sizes range from 1.0 x 1.0 to 6 x 6 as standard and sizes up to 10 x 10 can be specified by request. -- We manufactures a complete line of column and boom welding manipulators which maximize both safety and production with load capacities ranging from 50kg to 1,000kg ( on each end of the boom). -- Automatic welding manipulator can be adopted with various welding power (Chinese or Import brand). -- Stretching of cross boom adapts AC frequency converter stepless speed control to ensure work steady. -- Head equipped with electric cross slides, can adjust position of welding . -- Braking device can ensure column work in safe environment. -- Chain break-resistant and anti-slip device in boom to guarantee safety. -- Customized welding manipulator requirements are accepted. -- Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and chair ( Optional ).
