Fiber Optic Adapter Description:

This is an SC to ST simplex type adaptor, both side only has one port and support to connect the simplex patch cord. It is an SC shape on one side, and an ST shape on another side. So that it can connect the SC connector with the ST connector.

The SC to ST simplex hybrid adaptor can switch the SC connector to an ST connector, and it also can say transfer the ST connector to SC connector. For example, when your patch panel is ST port, but you have many SC patch cords in stock, then you only need to buy some SC to ST hybrid adaptors, then the SC patch cord can be used to connect with the patch panel.
