Turn off power before using machine
1 Open up cover (Clockwise is close, Anticlockwise is open)
2 Put dry goods into grinding body
3 Lock cover safety
4 Plug in power, turn on power ( fix the time if have timing)
5 Once the sound become equality, goods crush to powder already, turn off power.
6 Turn off power, open cover, take out the powder.
Warnning
1 Plug must have ground wire, to make sure safety.
2 Goods must be dry enough, no grinding much wet and oil goods.
3 Goods volum can not exceed two-thirds of grinding body, can not full body.
4 Herb Medicine need half mins to finish, more needs 1 to 2mins.
5 Can not use in a long time, keep one circle not excedd 5mins. If need grinding much goods, Interval time must make sure machine cold enough, otherwise motor will be too hot to damage
6 when the up cover is opening, can not turn on power
7 After long-time using, Blade and carbon brush need be exchanged.
8 Check before grinding: Blade fixing screw is tight, blade rotating smoothly.
9 Forbiden cleaning grinding body by water
10 Motor is brush kind, so have spark or friction is normal when starting machine.
Reminding
1 If dry goods have oil ( like sesame, peanut, walnut etc), you can stove them before grinding, and one time for grinding must be as short as possible, e.g., 10~20 seconds is enough, then you can check the result after crush. If you think is not thin engouh, you can re-grinding after machine cool, will be perfect.
2 If some goods not dry enoguh (like red dates), you can fry them in the pan or heat in Microoven firstly, then get out to cool, later grinding will be better.
