Process description:
  Industrial silicon is smelted by electric heating in an electric furnace using reducing agents (charcoal, petroleum coke) and silica as raw materials.
Silica is washed to remove impurities such as soil; The petroleum coke is broken to a certain particle size, silica, charcoal, petroleum coke, wood blocks, etc. are weighed according to a certain ratio, transported to the four-layer platform by the loading elevator, and added to the furnace around the electrode according to the designated place of the feeding tube.
  After the charge is mixed evenly by the charging worker, it is continuously added to the furnace according to the material level of the furnace mouth, and the consumption of the core material is soon supplemented in time, and the core material should be kept full and in the shape of steamed bread.
