Working principle:
Using the high temperature generated by electrode arc to melt ore and metal, electrical energy is input into the furnace through graphite electrodes, and the arc between the electrode end and the furnace material is used as the heat source to convert electrical energy into thermal energy for melting the furnace material and completing the subsequent high-temperature metallurgical reaction.
