2 stage:1us/cm=1MΩ
3 stage:5us/cm=1/5MΩ
A) By ion exchange:(DI water System, DI water unit plant )
Raw Water--> Multimedia Filter--> Activated Carbon Filter--> Cation exchange- Anion exchange-> Product Water
