HVAC Electronic Temperature Controller type EKC 102A 084B8500 for Freezer

 

The controller is used for applications where temperature is critical.
Such as: for storage of fruits and food cold storage;Cooling System;
Food industry, the Treasury; industrial process of liquid cooling.

 

EKC 201 (for panel mounting) and EKC 301 (for DIN-rail mounting) have been specially developed for control duties in refrigeration plant so that operation, setting and programming are optimised and simplified as much as possible.

All controllers are designed for room temperature control via pump down or compressor start/stop and have been grouped into four main applications dependent on the type of defrost and its control.
 
Product use:
Temperature control, defrost control, fan control, panel embedded installation of small refrigeration equipment and cold storage
The controller is simple to install, 16A high current relay output can not directly load intermediate relays, such as compressors, defrosting without parts, etc.
Digital input
Can be used for the following functions: door alarm, start defrost, start / stop adjustment, night operation
Product Features:
Basic temperature control, precise control
Up to 3 relay outputs: 8A and 16A, up to 2 temperature sensors, 1 DI input
2-level password: daily use and maintenance level, screw-in wiring
Local control and alarm, reliable operation, can control two compressors
Reduce debugging time, all functions of the settings and programming can be achieved through the panel keys.
Temperature, time, operating environment, parameter codes, alarms and fault codes are displayed
Screen read, long-life relay, lower maintenance costs, easy to restore factory settings

EKC 201 and 301 are used for
Temperature control
Compressor control
Fan motor control
Defrost control
Alarm signalling

With only two keys, all functions can be set and programmed.
The display shows the actual room temperature, but by activating the keys the display changes
To the set or the actual temperature of the defrost sensor.

Fitting the EKC controller with a plug-in module for communication gives access to all parameters of the controller.
Thus, EKC 201/301 can be included in the ADAP-KOOL® Refrigeration control systems.
