   Precautions for safe operation and use of casters
1. General safety operation of casters
Users should pay attention to correct operation methods and equipment maintenance. If the

operation is wrong, some products will be easily damaged and may harm the user. The correct use

of the product and effective maintenance will make the castors give full play to the working effect.

Avoid strong impact and vibration caused by operation, otherwise casters, wheels and equipment will

not work normally.

2. Check the structure and fasteners of the equipment
Regularly check the rotating equipment on the side and end face, and check the following items:
Check whether there are broken welds or assembly parts;
Regularly check and tighten screws and nuts;
Check the structural deformation of the equipment caused by overload or violent impact. For

example, the support of heavy casters may be damaged due to uneven load-bearing;
If the caster is inserted for dry assembly, check that the assembly hole of the equipment is not

bent and deformed, and can closely fit with the inserted dry;
Try to use lock nut or lock washer to install the locking caster;
If it is a caster with expansion rubber sleeve rod assembly, determine the position and fastening

of expansion rubber sleeve.

3. Lubrication of casters and wheels.
Grease casters or wheels regularly. The frequency of addition shall be determined according to the

specific actual use. Generally, the lubricating oil shall be filled once every six months, but in dry and

corrosive environment, it is best to add lubricating oil once a month.

lubricating grease. Select the lubricating grease according to the actual use environment, special high

temperature and special low temperature environment, and select the corresponding lubricating grease.

4. Maintenance and inspection of casters
Regularly judge whether the movable support of casters is overused according to the wear. If the

rotating connection of universal wheel support is loose, it is recommended to replace the whole

support assembly or the whole caster product. If the selection device of the universal wheel is locked

by bolts and nuts, ensure that the assembly is firm and reliable. If the movable support of the universal

wheel does not rotate flexibly, check whether it is corroded or adhered to the bead disc track by dust,

spinning, etc. if necessary, it is recommended to replace the whole movable support or the whole

caster product.

ensure that the legs of the directional wheels are not bent and deformed. If deformation occurs,

replace the legs or the whole directional wheel product if necessary.

5. Maintenance and inspection of single wheel
The wear of the tire surface of the wheel can be detected by visual inspection. The uneven wear of

the tire surface indicates the working surface of the wheel. Some thread ends, spinning and other

deposits may wind around the wheel. Remove the bolts and nuts of the wheel, clean up the sundries,

and check whether the bearing of the wheel is damaged. If the parts are not damaged, they can be

reassembled and used. If the wheels are often entangled by sundries, Wanda casters suggest that

users install anti entanglement covers to avoid.

reliable connection of axle bolts and nuts, and use lock washers or lock nuts as far as possible.

6. Brake maintenance and inspection of casters
For casters equipped with brakes, regularly check whether the brakes work normally, and check the

brakes every day or before each use. For equipment equipped with multiple brake casters, you can

lock only one brake caster at a time to try to push the equipment, so as to check whether the braking
