Product Specification

This testing machine is exclusively designed for ceramic cartridges' air leakage and torque detection.

• Air tightness detection (air leaking test): introduce the gas into the valve inlet port. According to the micron air pressure difference detected by high precision and high sensibility devices to check if there is increased pressure in the sealing space and judge the air tightness performance.
   
• Cartridge’s torque detection: with the servo system with sensor and rotating torque of the valve core to detect if the product is qualified.

1. Application: 25/35/40mm ceramic cartridge's quality inspection ( high foot and flat foot models ): leaking, torque, etc.
 

2. Stable running, working up to 20 hours non-stop.
 

3. Testing cycle time: 8 seconds, depending on the customer's testing standard. Productivity: 3000~3400 sets / 8 hrs
 

4. The workpieces are grabbed to the line by the manipulator and the detected time is customized according to the customer's requests.
 

5. This testing machine is environmentally friendly, green technology.

Key Modules
 

1. Uploading system: this feeding system contains a motor, conveyor belt, division mechanism, divider device, etc. The cartridges and handles are placed in the requested direction by manually, then transported to the Manipulator working station, the manipulator grabs cartridges to the detection area and completes the uploading work.
 

2. Detection system: leakage instrument, analyzer, data acquisition instrument, force sensor, servo system, transmitter, data collector, data display, etc., leakage instrument and force sensor transmit the detected variables to the transmitter through the analyzer, data collector, etc., the data received by the transmitter and then identified by PLC central processor to complete the detection process.
 

3. Transfer system: this system is composed of a motor, divider, controller, fixtures, photoelectric positioning, and other mechanical parts.

A: The machine START WORKING, the feeding manipulator grabs the cartridges and placed them in the divided loading station.

B: After passing through all 7 detection stations testing: leakage and torque inspection, the loading manipulator grabs the product and places it in a qualified or unqualified area and is transmitted to the next working procedure by the transportation line. "
 

4. Operation & control system: PLC + Touch screen to control all the detected data.
