Product Description
1. The automatic polishing machine is an exclusive polishing system consisting 4 manipulators with of 6 axises rotary; high flexibility and high product efficiency.
2. Expanding to four polishing wheels and four work pieces can finish the four same processes simultaneously, which is a kind of high output machine type.
3. With Italy PROMAX control system for high precision of control and high stability of move technology.
4. Software: Programmable, with protable handed device, contains manually mode to simulate the workmanship polishing and record the track; automatically operating model is available with pre-settled parameters program
Features:
The main electrical control system adopts 6-axes servo CNC system control (main control screen capture positioning, coordinate digital setting, speed digital setting, software over travel protection, program function modularization, simple idiot style programming, etc.)
In mechanical structure, servo motor is used to drive the worm reducer gear to control the motion of the polishing unit head and workpiece (U, V, W axial direction) and the servo motor drives the slide table (X, Y, Z axial).
The machine has 2 polishing unit heads, which can polish 2 work pieces in one cycle time; Production output up to 4PCS / 30 ~ 50 seconds (depending on the product and process);
It is suitable for complex shape handle products, pipe products and other regular shape products.
2. Total power is 16.25KW, including: 2 polishing unit heads with 5.5KW power motor each, XYZVW axis compensation motor 0.75KW, U axis compensation motor 1.5KW.
