Characteristic:
1. The whole machine adopts the design of stuck bottle neck suspension operation state, which makes the bottle stable and reliable under the high-speed operation state, and greatly reduces the number of changed parts, so that it is more convenient and fast to replace the bottle type.
2. A new generation of stainless steel overturning bottle clamp is adopted to make the clamp not contact with the part above the screw thread of the bottle mouth, and a nozzle is set to make the inner wall of the bottle flush fully without dead angle.
3. Using advanced gravity filling principle, filling is fast, stable and accurate.
4. The magnetic torque type screw head is used to grasp and screw the cover. The screwing torque is stepless adjustable, the sealing is tight and reliable, and the cover is not damaged.
5. The whole machine adopts man-machine interface touch screen button, PLC computer control, with missing cover, overload protection alarm device, which can timely find and eliminate faults, and has a high degree of production automation.
The parts in contact with water are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the main electrical components are from well-known manufacturers.

Combining stretch-blow moulding, filling and capping functions into a single machine offers several advantages, since the rinser and air conveyors between the stretch-blow moulder and the filler are not needed, the risks of product contamination are minimized and the causes of the line inefficiency are eliminated.
