    It is automatic in total process and suitable for PET bottled juice and tea drink which can resistant high temperature. It also can be used for mineral water, pure water and many other no gas containing drinks. It makes by high quality SUS304. No bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy operation.

3, Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine

    To make PET plastic bottles

    Fully automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the pure water bottle, mineral water bottle, carbonated drink bottle, juice hot fill bottle and oil bottle etc.

4, 3 In 1 Machine Washing Filling And Capping A, Washing Part

    Rotative rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers.

    The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.

    After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and canted above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle.

    After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.

b, Filling Part

    The star-wheels drive the bottles always "by the neck" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps.

If the temperature is low than the setting value, the filling valves will stop and return the last beverage in filling valve to recycle tank and return to UHT again to sterilize with pump.

c, Capping Part

    Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping.

    All 304 stainless steel construction Automatic stop when lack of bottle, no bottle no capping.

5, Pasteurization

    This machine is usually used after fruit juice beverage finished hot filling and sealing, when enter the spray tunnel, the water with the function of high-pressure pump, uniformly spray on the bottle body. The bottles move slowly in the chain, when they are out the tunnel, they can reach the normal temperature, then achieve the purpose of cooling. This machine can also be used for secondary sterilization for fruit juice.

6, Automatic Labeling Machine

    To sleeve and shrink labels on the bottle

    The auto shrink sleeve labeling machine consist of auto labeling machine, heat shrink tunnel and steam generator. This machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle label on the pet bottle. And then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated.

7, Automatic Packaging Machine

    PE film shrink wrapping machine

    It adopts the photoelectric sensor to detect online, gather signals which are controlled by PLC, and adopts piston as executable element, to realize product conveying, combination, film wrapping, cutting, heat& shrink, cool, and finally get the finished product.
