Automatic systems for processing and packaging bottled beverages of any size both in glass. The range of available machines allows to cover the production requirements to 8000 BPH glass.
These systems are designed to carry out automatically the rinsing cycles, the filling cycles and capping of bottles ones; these plants can be completed with transport systems and ancillary equipments complying with the requirements of customers and respecting the spaces available in the installation rooms.
Both the technology and the components used to produce this type of equipment are the same used in plants with high productivity.
An operator panel allows to control all the operation parameters of the plant.
Glass Bottle Juice Hot Filling Machine Overview
1. Water Treatment System
Different equipment used to produce pure water and mineral water. According to the membrane pore size, water treatment system includes RO purifier, Nano purifier, UF purifier. After passing through the purifier, remove the bacteria and impurities from the water to make water quality can meet the drinking water standard. Treatment capacity up to 100,000L/H.

3. Glass Bottle Washing Filling And Sealing Machine

7. Palletizing System
The Automatic Palletizer can put different products in a fixed order and stack them on the pallet automatically. Number of product and layers can be set. Easy for the fork moves the full pallet into storehouse. This equipment adopts PLC, touch screen and intelligent managing which is not only simple and easy to master, but also reducing the labor.
