3. Structural features of 500ML PET bottle ultra-clean filling machine
Washing station
The bottle washing station can realize high-pressure washing of the inside of the bottle, the outer wall of the bottle and the mouth of the bottle. The bottle washing area has a lower water receiving tray and an upper water baffle plate. The bottle washing area is equipped with a stainless steel protective cover to prevent splashing of the bottle washing water during rinsing. The rinsing water inlet is equipped with a pressure adjustment device, which can adjust the rinsing pressure and control the water flow according to the requirements of the empty bottle. Filling station
The filling station adopts upper and lower dispensing cylinders. Sealing station
