Bottled water a to Z production line filling machine description:

This series of Automatic PET Bottle Water Filling Line are applied to be used in production of PET bottle-packing water, such as mineral water, pure water, drinking water and other non-carbonated beverage, it integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one body of this machine. It is very convenient to change bottle size by means of advanced bottle conveying technology–bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology.

1.Water Treatment Machine

Used for pure water, mineral water and other bottled water,water for food and beverage production.

It is mainly composed of the following equipment: pre-treatment system (water tank, multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, ion exchanger, millipore filter), membrane separation system (ultrafilter, nanometer filter, RO system), electrodialysis device, sterilization system (UV device, ozone device), product water tank and so on.

2.Blow Moulding Machine

3. Bottle Unscrambler

KY series bottle unscrambler is the latest generation of fully automatic intelligent bottle unscrambler. The machine adopts intelligent fully enclosed visual design, photoelectric detection, and dual anti-jamming functions, suitable for a variety of bottle types. 4. Air Conveyor System

The air conveying line is a device that uses wind to transport empty PET bottles, which is widely used in the transportation of PET empty bottles in the beverage industry. It realizes that the empty bottles produced from the bottle blowing machine are directly transported to the filling machine for disinfection, washing, filling and sealing, which reduces the turnover pollution of the empty bottles during the conveying process and saves production costs.

6. Water blowing machine

1. The whole is made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with a special protective cover, and the product design is beautiful and generous.

2. Adopt the special air knife imported from Germany with SUS304 material, the width of the air outlet is 1mm, the adjustable range is 0.3mm-3mm, and the effective length is up to 1200mm, which can adapt to the drying requirements of the tank in different environments.
