3. What is the particular feature of your rice grain dryer machine?
——It adopts a non-auger type which will greatly reduce the broken rate and failure rate of a transmission system. Besides, the design of special larger drying section can increase drying efficiency which customers are mostly concerned.
4. What is the material used in your rice grain dryer machine?
——For all parts touching with grains, we use SS material to increase the wear resistance and service life. This also is proved successfully by our end customers.
5. What’s the long life of your rice grain dryer machine?

6. What about the drying time of your rice grain dryer machine?
——Take our China long rice as an example, it will take about 13hours from 25% to 14% with a temperature of 70℃. It’s not my responsibility to say how long it will take for drying. Different grains have particular moisture required for milling. And the local environment temperature and hot air temperature also will influence the drying efficiency. We welcome you to share your local grains to help to give you suitable suggestions from our technicians.
7. How do you ensure your rice grain dryer machine's quality?
——All front-line workers are with over 5years experience. And we import advanced equipment like laser cutting machines. Each component will be checked and tested by professional technicians after production. For example, the motor will have a power-on test before shipment. We welcome you to visit our production line.
