Description of hydraulic pump in general use:
Turbocharger is an integral umpart of the ship's marine engine as it reuses the exhaust gases in order to increase the overall efficiency of the engine. It consists of two parts – blower and turbine sides, which need equal attention while carrying out routine maintenance procedures.
Turbocharging is one kind of supercharging by using exhaust gas turbocharger. In which the energy in the exhaust gas expelled from the engine cylinder is utilized in driven in gas turbine, which is connected to a centrifugal air blower and air is supplied to scavenge air trunk.
The hydraulic pump's power source is artificial power. The one-way manual oil pump is a small hydraulic pump which can convert manual mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. Various construction such as lifting, bending, straightening, shearing, assembly, disassembly, and some other civil construction and military construction can be operated by using distribution cylinder and specific tools.Hydraulic pump for general use are manual power, high pressure, ultra-small, portable, easy to operate and widely used.No sparks during operation, suitable for flammable and easy-explosive situation.

Noiseless operation
Brief introduction of Marine turbocharger:
When the diesel-exhaust turbocharger combination is in operation, the marine turbocharger/exhaust gas turbocharger is prone to failures such as turbine casing corrosion, bearing damage, blade damage, gas seal damage, and supercharger vibration. The daily good maintenance management can reduce these failures.

Integrated Smart Keypad to reverse the flow direction and to manually fine tune the flow rate; the flow rate is also automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the fluid to avoid cavitation. Best for oil and diesel transferring. Compact and Easy to operate and carry.
Lubricating oil pumps should be checked every 16,000 running hours. Overhauling the oil pumps requires special equipment. During this process casings, covers, suction pipes and pump nut are completely dismantled, cleaned and checked for mechanical damage and cracks . All measurements of the shaft, the pinion and the bores of the casing need to be checked if they are within tolerance.
The oil pump is tested at several speed ranges for vibration and to check if the oil pump is delivering the required pressure at the correct speed after reassembly.
