Reflow Soldering Oven
Suneast Technology's reflow welding machine adopts modular design concept, including transmission system, heating module, cooling system, flux recovery system, and a number of high-performance modules have passed national patents. PC+PLC control, stable and reliable performance, to ensure stable equipment, temperature control and curve repetition accuracy. The flux management system extends the maintenance interval in the furnace chamber; Convenient and fast maintainability design concept, greatly reduce maintenance time, humanized design.
Reflow Soldering Oven
Options:
1. No rails. (A, the mesh belt needs to be moved to both ends machine; B, the mesh belt does not need to be moved.)
2. Add lower cooling in the cooling area(for SER series). The cooling area can be made into three cooling zones, and the cooling area will be controlled by a separate inverter.
3. Double guide rail are fixed. (The standard is the first and fourth guide rail fixed, the distance between them is 686mm, and it can also be made into other fixed ways and fixed distance.)
4. Change the brand of PLC, frequency converter and computer. (For example, you can choose Siemens PLC, Rexroth Inverter, Advantech Industrial PC, HP PC, etc.)
5. Change the width of mesh belt, (Width in 440mm and 500mm are OK for SER series .The standard is 440mm),The width can be customized to be PCB 510mm in width, and the mesh belt width is 560mm.
6. Dual rails with dual speed, and the speed can be controlled independently, the temperature of upper and lower furnace are controlled by separate inverter, or multi inverter.
7. Add separate controlled recycling bins.
8. English operating system, add MES interface of Suneast standard, add SMEMA interface of entrance and exit.
9. There is only one set of guide rails in the machine for big board, such as the size of PCB reaches 650mm.
10. Nitrogen filling for the whole process, multi-point sampling, low oxygen content control.
11. Nitrogen closed loop control.
12. CBS (single set rail machine)
13. Customize the appearance color. (Customer provides color palette)
14. Customize 13 and 15 heating zones
15. Customize to convey heavy products with mesh belt, use force bone type mesh belt for conveying, the overall loading capacity is more than 50kg.
16. With built-in water chiller, and the standard is external water chiller.
