Installation & training

After the machine reach the buyer’s site,the engineers from the seller are responsible for machine installation and commissioning by using the special tools under the help of the buyer. Buyer should pay for our engineer visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, meals etc.

Training:

In order to provide training in safe operation, programming and maintenance, Party B shall provide qualified instructors after Party A finally installs the equipment. Party B provides details on the content and time requirements of each training course.

The following training courses taught by qualified instructors are carried out by Party B at Party A (preferably during final acceptance of equipment) or Party B (pre-acceptance of equipment).

 Warranty & Service 

Our company provides party a with complete pre-sales, sales, after-sales services and training for partya’s technical personnel:

Our company provides pre-sale service items for party a include: Party a's engineering and technical personnel, use departments, supply departments and other people's consulting services for laser equipment, sample process testing, equipment selection and so on. After the signing of the contract, our company is responsible for the design and manufacture of equipment strictly in accordance with the terms of the contract technical specifications, and is responsible for the delivery of the equipment to party a's site for installation and commissioning. During installation and commissioning, our company dispatches technical personnel to party a to participate in and guide the site until acceptance.

In the process of equipment installation and commissioning, our company is responsible for training 2-3 of the operation and maintenance personnel of party a. The training includes laser principle, equipment construction, process description, equipment maintenance, laser safety protection, operating procedures and simple troubleshooting. Such as, so that the operation and maintenance personnel of party a have certain equipment maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.

During the use of equipment by party a, our engineering and technical personnel will also retrain party a personnel in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

One year from the date of acceptance of the equipment is the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will implement three guarantees for the equipment (except for consumables, lamps, and optical fibers). After the warranty period, the equipment is subjected to life-long maintenance services and only costs are charged.

After receiving the problem of the equipment failure of party a, we shall promptly send professional and technical personnel to telephone consultation. If we cannot solve the equipment failure of party a, we will immediately dispatch professional maintenance personnel to arrive at the equipment site for maintenance within 24 hours.

Our company is responsible for the long-term provision of relevant spare parts to party a (paid)

Q1: I know nothing about this machine, what type of machine should I choose?

A:We will help you choose the suitable machine and share you the solution; you can share us the following information 

1. what material will you weld

2. The welding material thickness

3. Is it joint welding or over-lay welding

4. What is the exact usage for the machine , for product welding or repair or other application

Q2: When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?

A:We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to our factory for training.

Q3: If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?

A:We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage). After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you solutions.

Q4: What’s consumables of laser marking machine?

A: It does not have consumable. It’s very economical and cost effective.

Q5: What’s package, will it protect the products?

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.
