How To Choose A Sealing Kit:
(1) Seals commonly used self-sealing compression seals mainly include O-rings, round sealing rings and rectangular rings. They have the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture and low cost. Therefore, they are widely used as dynamic seals in hydraulic transmission systems. Components and static seal components. They are usually installed in the sealing groove, and usually produce 15-25% radial compression deformation and high initial contact stress on the sealing surface, so as to prevent the leakage of non-pressure liquid.
(2) Key points of sealing kit selection:
When You Open And Repair The Cylinder, Please Follow Below Operation:
1. Take off the cylinder from the machine.
2. Remove the head assembly and the rod assembly from the stick cylinder group.
3. If it always happens that the seal kit not perform well soon after it fitted, there maybe problem of the cylinder assembly itself. It is better to check the cylinder assembly whether need to change it.
4. Measure the seal kits before fitting.
5. Install the seals: after fix the cylinder assy, test it first before re-install the stick cylinder group on the machine.
