1,Descriptions:
1. This machine is a single-side wide belt sander with a single sanding unit, operating in a down-feed configuration. The rubber contact roller has a diameter of 300mm, and the pressure roller has a diameter of 240mm with a pneumatic pressure mechanism. In case of emergencies, the pressure roller can be instantly lifted to effectively protect it from being sanded by the abrasive belt. Additionally, a cleaning roller is provided to ensure the pressure roller remains clean.
2. The feeding system employs independently driven upper and lower conveyor rollers. Each set of rollers can be independently adjusted for feed speed, ensuring smooth entry of thin sheets (with a minimum thickness of 0.3mm).
3. The lifting system uses a ball screw mechanical lifting method, capable of achieving an opening distance of up to 190mm. It offers advantages such as high precision and convenient adjustment.
