Cementing Plug
Our company specializes in supplying API oilfield drilling cementing tools, specifically cement plugs for both top and bottom applications. Cement plugs are essential components used to isolate cement slurry from other fluids, preventing contamination and ensuring consistent slurry performance. We offer two types of plugs commonly used in cementing operations.
Our cement plugs are constructed using high-grade rubber that is securely bonded to a composite or aluminum core. These plugs are designed for PDC drilling, ensuring easy removal during subsequent operations. The aluminum core plug can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. However, we also provide options for higher temperature applications and compatibility with synthetic or mud fluids.
Our cement plugs are available in a wide range of sizes, ranging from 4 1/2" to 20", and we can accommodate special size requirements as well. Whether you require a single plug system or a dual plug system, we have the suitable top and bottom plugs to meet your needs.
