1. Description of C89 type Light Gauge Steel Framing machine
This Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine is for producing the studs and tracks which are used in light gauge steel structure buildings. The studs and tracks which are produced by the Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine are light. The building steel structure can be quickly built without normal heavy tools and equipment. Every component can be easily carried by hand. The main tool is a light, hand-held screw gun. Because the steel is strong, LGS structures are lighter than wood framed structures of equivalent strength.
The normal speed of this Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine can reach 300-700/hour, but the max speed can reach 2800m/hour. The punching hole accuracy is +/-0.5mm. This machine can continuously work without any jams

4. Installation service
a. After the machine arrives at the destination, the seller will send the technician to the buyer’s factory to install the machine if the buyer wants. The buyer needs to provide some technicians to assist in the installation work.
b. Installation period is around 5 days. The buyer should have been prepared for the steel sheet, foundation position the machine before seller’s technician's departure.
c. The buyer should arrange the accommodation, food, and traffic in the destination
d. Training period: 2 days. (we can supply training on the operation spot if buyer needs)
e. With in 3 months after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination, if there is no installment requirement from the Buyers, the goods should be counted as up to standard. Inspection standard is based on the technical standard signed by both parties and our company standard.
