1. Description of Storage Rack Roll Forming Machine
This machine is used to produce metal storage pallet rack posts. The finished product storage rack from the coil to the finished product is completed by only one production line. The machine line has a three-in-one with uncoiler A device is used to fix the coil, the leveling machine flattens the coil plate, and then uses the servo feeder to feed the sheet length into the punching machine as a PLC program setting. The hydraulic punching machine has multiple individual cylinders, which can be separated by the PLC Control, so it is easy to perforate any holes or slits or notches on any length side of the paper.
After punching holes in the sheet, the length is cut, and then the sheet is feeding to the roll forming machine.
The roll forming machine will gradually shape the profiles according to the requirements of the drawings. Then the product comes out of the roll forming machine to stand on the table ready for packaging. It is a fully automatic machine production line, very easy to use, only need 1 person to operate it.
