1. Description of c purlin roll forming machine

A traditional c/z purlin roll forming machine can make many different sizes of profile channels (standard: 6 different sizes, from 80-300mm web size, 50-100mm flange size, 15-20mm The size of the support foot changes), but it needs to be manually changed, and it takes at least 2 hours to change the size each time. Therefore, the traditional c/z steel purlin roll forming machine does not work efficiently.
An interchangeable cz purlin roll forming machine is designed, which can produce C and Z steel strips of any size. The profile change including the cutting mold from C to Z takes up to 30 minutes (only the clutch is taken out, some rolling tools and the inserted clutch are rotated 180 degree), and the size change takes up to 5 minutes (just through the touch screen on the PLC control cabinet) ). This quick-change c/z steel purlin roll forming machine greatly improves efficiency.
