1. Description of CZ purlin roll forming machine
CZ Interchangeable Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a Purlin equipment that combines C-type purlin and Z-type purlin. It is a highly automated purlin roll-forming machine. Through PLC system control, It can realize the interchangeable production of C/Z type and specification purlins in a short time.
CZ Interchangeable Purlin Roll Forming Machine consists of a guider, leveling device, 2 hydraulic punching devices, a hydraulic cutting device, electric control system, a hydraulic system, and so on.
The equipment uses three reducers to fix and rotate the fixed shaft through the sprocket gear to realize the exchange of different types of purlins.
