A Cold Room is the biggest piece of refrigeration used in a professional kitchen. Sometimes called a Walk-In, these are fridges or freezers which can hold many racks worth of stock, all securely stored in its own chilled or frozen room.

Unlike most other commercial fridges and freezers, cold rooms are generally immobile and require specialist installation. Typically, foods such as meat, dairy, fish and vegetables are kept in a cold room.

1. Refrigeration system:

1.3 Evaporator: air cooler.
1.4 Coolant: R22 or R404a is available.
 
 
2. Electric controlling system:
Schneider electric components, digital display for temperature setting and reading, automatic and manual control, warning light for running failure.
 
 
3. PU Insulation panel, cold store panels:
3.1 Material: polyurethane (PU), metal sheet.
3.2 Density of PU: 35~42kg/m3

4. Cold store door, air curtain machine, lighting:
4.1 Sliding door, manual opening and closing.
4.2 When door is opened, the air curtain machine and lights in cold storage can be running automatically.

-5 °C ~ + 5 °C: Pre-Cooling, Keep Fresh,
-10 °C ~ -20 °C: Freezer Storage
-25 °C ~ -30 °C: Low Temperature Storage, Quick-Freeze
-35 °C ~ -50 °C: Blast Freezer, Quick-Freezer
 
 
 
Cold room door panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints.
* Cam-lock design fastener to install with the cold room tightly and strongly
* Silica gel are used on the cold room door panel edge of the joint parts of each sandwich panel to ensure perfect sealing to avoid the cooling air leakage from the cool roomor moisture inside the PU insulated panel for the best refrigeration and frozen storage result

Prices are available without commissioning however rooms will only be supplied with a 12 month parts only warranty in such cases. Price also includes a free site survey on recipt of order. Price shown reflects one installation and one commissioning visit. Any subsequent visits will incur an additional cost. Please ensure correct power supplies are in place before installation and commissioning visits, including isolated power supply within 1m of coldroom.
