Description:
Commercial overhead sectional sliding door uses PU panels to provide good thermal insulation effect and high anti-wind performance to safeguard various occasions. High anti-wind pressure is safe for the building opening.The door panel forming machine is a production line independently developed by FAMOUS. The surface steel plate is a 0.5mm-sprayed steel plate of Shanghai Baosteel. After the door panel polyurethane foam molding, each door panel is equipped with a unique design designed by Inter-Gateway. The sealing strip of ethylene propylene rubber, and the middle of the two plates after the door panels are spliced, can effectively seal the cold and ensure the best indoor and outdoor environment.
The track-forming machine independently researched and developed, the unique C-shaped groove edge design of the track is more effective in protecting the derailment of the pulley, ensuring the safety of use, reducing the maintenance rate and providing productivity! 2.0mm Bao steel, galvanized steel for rails and guards.

Features:
1. The inside and outside panels are made of color-coated steel or aluminum sheets by Shanghai Baosteel and the inside is made of PU foam material. The panels of 40mm or 50mm in thickness are strong and durable with strong thermal insulation effect;
2. The inside and outside door panels can be painted in various colors to match the color tones of the surrounding buildings;
3. The sealing strips around the door panel can seal the gap between the opening and the panel completely when the door glazing drops down;
4. The door panel could be added with ellipsoidal or rectangular glazing to increase transparency;
5. The door track is formed by a galvanized steel coil provided by Baosteel in a one-time process without welding. It's durable and reliable;
6. A variety of track-lifting methods could match the interior structure of your production hall or warehouse. Avoids interference with the pipings and tracks above the openings.
Packaging & Shipping:
1. Packing: The door panel all packed in one wooden case. Door tracks, spring, control box, motor and some accessories all packed in one hard paper case.
2. Shipping: Standard finish production within 10-20 days, mostly based on order quantity.
