Q; What your payment term?
A: T/T. 30% of tatal amount paid by T/T as advance. Then the seller strat production . After the machine is finished, buyer come to our factory to test the machine , and then pay the 70% balance by T/T at sight. Then the seller ship the machine .
Q: How long is the delivery?
A: 50 days after payment.
Q: Do you arrang the shipment?
A: For FOB, we will coordinate with your forward for shipment.
Q:What your after-sale service?
A:We provide free installation service and our engineer will train your worker how to use the machine well. We will realize gurantee of repair,repalcement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. Fitting machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
Q:What’s your warranty?
A: we will realize guarantee of repair, replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine arrived in customer’s factory(expect destory by buyer’s wrong operation). We guarantee the material of screw and barrel(guarantee without normal abrasion). And half a year for electric parts. Fitting of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year.
