Overview
PET strapping band production line:
The series PET Packing strap production line is new equipment designed by JIATUO MACHINERY. By combining the characters of the same type of machines in domestic and overseas markets, the production line is of the most advanced technology in this field. It is of characters of high efficiency, high output, low power consumption and energy saving.
Process flow
PET polyester strap production line:
① feeding→② mixing raw materials→③ raw material pre-drying→④ vacuum dehumidification of raw materials→⑤ raw materials melting extrusion→⑥ material embryo expression(with embryo) cooling molding→⑦oven preheating→⑧first stretching→⑨second stretching→⑩embossing→⑪ oven tempering to set the shape→⑫ cooling → ⑬winding(finished product)
Application
PET strap machine:
PET Straps have advantages as good stiffness, high temperature resistance. The specific gravity is as 1/5 as steel. The straps can be used for packing in various areas. The characters of such straps are as follows: high tensile strength, small percentage elongation, resistance to impact, not easy to be broken and good softness.
