① Feeding →② stirring →③ pre-drying →④ melting and measuring extrusion →⑤ embryo (belt embryo) cooling and forming →⑥ oven preheating →⑦ primary stretching →⑧ secondary stretching →⑨ embossening → oven tempering and setting → cooling → finished product winding
The PP strapping equipment is equipped with 2 sets of feeders, one large and one small. One is used to add fillers to the raw materials during production (the fillers are generally defoamers, which can remove moisture from the raw materials, etc.), and the other is used to add dye masterbatch
(Dye masterbatch: It is a raw material with brighter colors, which can make the color of the finished strapping tape brighter)
