The parts of PP strap making machine:

 

  1.Feeding machine

 

​Mainly used for mixing raw materials and then transferring to the material barrel

  2.Mainframe part

• Single Screw Extruder:we using the Material 38crmoaAL, it mainly used stirring and melting of raw materials, Extruded into embryo strap

• Barrel:Drying the raw material and giving the screw a melt

​

 

• Feeding machine:it will provide one small and one big to using, one more use to adding the filler to raw materials when producing, another one use to adding color master.

 

 

• Automatic screen filter changer: We use an automatic screen filter changer, does not need stopping to change of it

 

• Die head:According to the machine to use different die head, 4 output straps making machine can be used to produce 4 moulds with embryo straps at the same time

 

​  3.Cooling tank: cool down the embryo straps(The best temperature makes 20 degrees below )

 

 

  4.Stretching part: Instantly extends the embryo straps to 10-12 times its lengt,then it undergoes a second stretching to make the packing straps shape with uniform width and thickness

 

 

  5.Shaping part: Re-shaping to reduce the probability of deformation after winding

 

 

  6.Printer machine: you can printer anything on the straps in this part

  7.Winder: rewinding the strapping produced by the machine
