The PET Strap Making Machine is an advanced and reliable piece of equipment designed for high production of PET straps. With SIMENS motor, this machine provides 300-320kgs/H production capacity and 0.2mm width error accuracy. It has memory parameter setting and automatic alarm function to ensure the perfect operation. It is equipped with automatic strap tension, up to 150-850kg, and various colors of straps such as white, black, blue and green. In addition, this PET Strap Making Machine is made in China and is an economical and efficient choice.
The process of twin screw and single screw extrusion technology used by our company accommodates customer's needs best. The raw material of the process can be either 100% recycled PP/PET bottle flakes or pellets. The plasticization and extrusion are stable and under the control of PLC automatic control consistently.
In addition, the coating material of the 130-160mm strap can be changed according to different requirements. For example, the strap for packing cotton require enhancing the breaking strength and joint strength when welding the strap. Furthermore, the melt filter has two pistons with air venting design and back flushing.
In order to operate the full line of extrusion technology, there are only 2 - 3 workers are needed per shift, and only 12 hours/shift
