1. Application
The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare aluminum copper , aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steelreinforcing wires to product the following power cables. Sector shapped conductors,round compacted ,single core prespiralled.
2. Features
2.1. In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by
spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.
2.2. Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electronic pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for maintaining consistent tension by positive motor control system or passive mechanical equipment.
2.3. Multiple bobbin size available(400,500,630.etc).
2.4. Mutiple host with mutiple cage number(6.12.18.24.30) optional.
2.5. Slanted design double wheel capstan suitable for heavy compacting loads. 1500mm-2500mm diameter. Traction force 10000kg.
2.6. Disk type Pneumatic brake for Cage.
2.7. PLC Equipped, optional.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
