ACSR Copper Aluminum Cable Planetary Stranding Machine
1. Usage
This machine is mainly used for back twist stranding copper aluminum wire core, steel cored aluminum stranded wire and insulated wire core.
The new belt tensioner adopts high wear-resistant friction block, which makes the adjustment more convenient and the service life longer.
2. Main Character
2.1. Back-twist method : planetary mechanism.
2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
2.3. The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency synchronization to control the machine.
2.4. High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia.
2.5. Siemens PLC control system, operating on touch screen.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
