Our system converting diesel engine to diesel propan dual fuel system.  The system will add a set of propane  electronic control injection system device (ECU), diesel - natural gas electric control mixed combustion power system under the condition of not changing the original engine, to macke the generator powered by diesel fuel to diesel and natural gas mixed fuel.

According to statistics from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, exhaust from motor vehicles has become the single largest source of air pollution, accounting for about 22 percent of fine particulate matter. Among them, diesel vehicle exhaust emissions accounted for more than 70% of the total emissions of motor vehicles. How to reduce the exhaust emission level of diesel engine, especially for a large number of diesel engines in use, how to achieve its emission level reduction at a lower cost, has become a hot issue concerned by enterprises and researchers to put forward many solutions and the dual fuel scheme, which uses diesel and natural gas mixture fuel in diesel engine, has been widely accepted. Natural gas is a kind of alternative clean energy, with the advantages of large reserves, wide distribution and low price. Comparing with other gas fuels, mixture fuel is more suitable for use at high compression ratio, so the scheme of diesel ignition natural gas engine has received more and more attention. When diesel fuels a natural gas engine, the main energy is supplied by natural gas, and a small amount of diesel is injected into the cylinder at the end of the compression stroke, acting as a "gas spark plug" to ignite natural gas. Many experimental studies have shown that diesel/natural gas dual fuel model can significantly reduce NOX and PM emission levels. In addition to the advantages of economy and exhaust emissions, the biggest significance of diesel ignition of natural gas technology lies in: Can be at a lower cost in wood oil machine with a little modification can be diesel/natural gas dual fuel engine, can mix of dual fuel at the same time fully retains the original diesel engine are fully functional, and can through the button switch, can be in the pure diesel mode, no impact on the oil and gas mixed mode switch freely, increased the fuel supply to human freedom of choice.
