1. Low Emission & Environmental Friendliness
The unique design of the combustion chamber of the engine enables complete combustion, effectively reducing harmful gases such as NOx in the exhaust. Our engines meet some of the most stringent emission standards in the world.
2. Economic Effectiveness
With advanced system integration solutions and unique design, the usage of the lean-burn control technology achieves higher fuel efficiency, and save up to 15% fuel than other gas generators on the same power capacity.
Meanwhile, gaseous fuel is economically competitive comparing with traditional diesel or petrol fuel.
3. Adaptability & Flexibility
The unique design of the electrical control system enables our gas generators to use a variety of gaseous fuels and to be used in almost any complex application. Our generators can be powered by LNG, CNG, LPG, biogas, coalbed methane, syngas, etc. Generators are used in power plants, oil and gas fields (drilling or production), factories, commercial or government buildings, LNG plants, alcohol plants, landfills, poultry farms, etc. Our gas engines are also widely used in various vehicles such as buses, trucks, boats, etc. Our generators and engines can also be tailored to the customer's fuel and operating conditions.
4. Reliability & Dependability
Starlight design and development of gas engines based on excellent diesel engine platforms and the excellent platforms combined with cutting-edge control system end with outstanding performance and reliability. Some of our generators have reached the record of more than 30,000 hours without overhaul.
The intellectual lean-burn control technology makes average exhaust temperature at 530℃, which noticeably minimizes the thermal load of piston and air valve and the reliability of such components are greatly improved. Strong and weak electricity are designed to be separated, which avoid control interference, and in terms improve the reliability of the electrical components.
5. Quick Response
The fast dynamic response of our generators can easily deal with the instantaneous variation of impact load from rigs. The fast dynamic response can adapt to the impact load under different conditions, and meet the demand of the impact load in the oilfield.
6. High-level Security
The intelligent control system achieves real-time monitoring and recording of the generators and their parameters. Alarms and auto-protection will start if any anomaly is observed.
